"pro: employee benefit technology are up to date"
"I've joined for Prudential Plc in September 2019 and agreed with the recruiter of Full-Time employment when my working VISA is received. The working environment was friendly and as part of the team, extensive employee training was received from Prudential's team Legend Institute (still ongoing through Zoom of the morning meetings), but the current adversities where all the sales agents/teams are facing is the broader closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The business operations are remaining minimum, and due to the VISA situation I have to fly back to the U.S, and meanwhile looking for an occupation with my related experiences. Adversities and challenges are impacting globally, and the hardships are substantial, but taking counter measurements are the approaches to stay afloat. In relating to businesses, especially from a finance perspective, financial distress needs to be resolve through credit expansions. The Feds and Small Business Administrations are injecting liquidities to the financial markets, amid the impacts of Covid-19. Many brick-and-mortar businesses, including personal lendings/mortgages, are looking for the monetary stimulus from credit approvals. As a small business owner, I believe we are in line with businesses to get through the economy to resume normal operations."
"Prudential is a very corporate company and they use very outdated systems which make it hard to get work done in a timely fashion."
"Had a great career. I left the company because I wanted to learn software engineering."
"Prudential is one of the best places to work. I have worked there for almost 29 years. I have accepted a very generous separation package and I am looking for a position to return to my roots as a developer."
"I have work here since 2019 and have found the work environment and my coworkers to be top notch, talented and agreeable. The management is very intelligent and hard working, with clear vision."
"Overall great people and work environment."
"They don't use industry standards and are not oriented to create business value. A job that could be done in a week with the right tools takes months there. There are many junior people without any experience and a bunch of scrum musters, for a small number of tasks. Some of the tasks set incorrectly, others are not actionable. The manager stack in the last century. I'm talking about a particular group. I strongly believe the other departments have much better management."
"great company"
"I do not have any comments"
"Great place to work at with great colleagues"
"Good company to work for."
"Prudential is full of industry thought leaders. We have a beat on where the industry is going an determine if we should lead or follow. I have been there as long as I have because we know how to win. There are politics for advancement but that’s everywhere. It has been a great proving ground."
"Prudential is a great place to work if you like a perfect balance of technology and business acumen. A lot of major products are shifting towards modern AI technologies. The work culture is exciting yet relaxing."
"Overall Good Experience and Nice working place"
