"The people! The people that you work for/with make the company and can build you into a successful person. The support that I have when I need something."

"Have a lot of questions and expectations of what you expect from a company. Have concise goals written and be sure that you perform them and keep a positive outlook."

What don't you like about working at Prudential?

"I feel that the company is outdated and they are not investing into improving for the future. I have been the youngest agent there now for 7 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to become more aggressive with recruiting, education, and technology. The company has great owners but there is a lot of room for improvement."
