"Be prepared for a panel interview and take notes. They will ask you questions randomly selected by computer. They will in the form of: Tell me a time when you, What do you do, What was the result."
What don't you like about working at Boeing?
"I didn't like the annual review process. The reviews should occur at least quarterly so that the employee can make course corrects or update annual goals during the year."

"Provide opportunities for employees to develop job skills. Give them challenging assignments, send them to seminars and conferences."

"management having poor planning and poor capability to run the project. The project is depending up the men, not for the system."

"Top level management has to continuously review the project(weekly). Giving some ownership / leadership those who are really involving the project. Allocate the the project leader/ Manager related to at-least same kind of experience."
