"Try to get to know the people you will be talking with. Unfortunately that is not easy and many times you need to know a lot of people already working at the company."

"Very difficult to find out who is the right person to talk about a problem and to get any problem solving done."

"Be open to people's comments, have boxes available for incognito comments."

"A lot of people were able to adapt to different personalities and characters/levels."

"Get to know one or two people already employed and asked them a lot of questions, especially about the future boss."

"So many people made it very difficult to become familiar with all the coworkers."

"Keep the groups at a reasonable size so that formalities go away."
