"Good and bad. Like everything in life there were good things and bad there."

What do you like about working at Westlake Monomers?

"Alwas something new to learn! One of my pasion is to learn new things. Almost narcotic in its effect on me. I just have to learn new things. Fortinately, there is always much to learn"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Guess the buyer should beware. The absolute best thing to do is to stay out of the office. Out of sight out of mind. It is not too diffivult to do as the job carries more than 50% travel."

What don't you like about working at Westlake Monomers?

"Office politics. It was/is like some game for the managers. Had a very bad boss there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Had a boss there that would decide the outcome or what wa the cause of an issue, then would adjust thefacts and evidance to support his theory. He was almost bever right . Things that did not support his theory would disapear befor the issue got to his bosses."

"The interview process is really pretty simple. They do their homework ahead of time so they have a pretty good idea of who you are before you actually get in to the interview."

What don't you like about working at Howard, Needles, Tammen & Bergendoff?

"Currently they do not seem to be putting in much effort to help those rolling off projects to find new assignments."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to understand that they have good people available to move on to new opportunities within the company and do more to help in that transition."

"It was a great work environment and a great work team. Project manager were given their projects to design, manage and implement; we were not micro-managed however there were weekly (Monday morning) meeting to provide an update and we managed an open office system; if any manager had an issue with a project, help was just an office away."

"Be willing to learn, listen and improve yourself based on the experience of others."

What don't you like about working at Barnes, Ferland & Associates?

"There was a tendancy to be limited to the projects you had experience with; sometimes being able to work along with another PM on a different project would help you gain more experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow Project managers to work along with other project managers on different types of project to gain the experience and help build a stronger company."
