What do you like about working at Westlake Monomers?
"Alwas something new to learn! One of my pasion is to learn new things. Almost narcotic in its effect on me. I just have to learn new things. Fortinately, there is always much to learn"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Guess the buyer should beware. The absolute best thing to do is to stay out of the office. Out of sight out of mind. It is not too diffivult to do as the job carries more than 50% travel."
What don't you like about working at Westlake Monomers?
"Office politics. It was/is like some game for the managers. Had a very bad boss there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Had a boss there that would decide the outcome or what wa the cause of an issue, then would adjust thefacts and evidance to support his theory. He was almost bever right . Things that did not support his theory would disapear befor the issue got to his bosses."
What do you like about working at MK Electronics?
"Good training and more project by hand so I like it"

"Please avoid long terms interview / exam process, 30 to 45 min interview is good"
What don't you like about working at MK Electronics?
"Management communication down ward is not on good this type create some problem."
What do you like about working at Howard, Needles, Tammen & Bergendoff?
"I like the fact that they have processes in place that govern how they go after new business. They are very focused."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The interview process is really pretty simple. They do their homework ahead of time so they have a pretty good idea of who you are before you actually get in to the interview."
What don't you like about working at Howard, Needles, Tammen & Bergendoff?
"Currently they do not seem to be putting in much effort to help those rolling off projects to find new assignments."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to understand that they have good people available to move on to new opportunities within the company and do more to help in that transition."
What do you like about working at Barnes, Ferland & Associates?
"It was a great work environment and a great work team. Project manager were given their projects to design, manage and implement; we were not micro-managed however there were weekly (Monday morning) meeting to provide an update and we managed an open office system; if any manager had an issue with a project, help was just an office away."

"Be willing to learn, listen and improve yourself based on the experience of others."
What don't you like about working at Barnes, Ferland & Associates?
"There was a tendancy to be limited to the projects you had experience with; sometimes being able to work along with another PM on a different project would help you gain more experience."

"Allow Project managers to work along with other project managers on different types of project to gain the experience and help build a stronger company."

"Friendly co workers, poor communication and support from sales and management."

"Ask a lot of questions and ask to speak with others in the department, judge their attitude and read bewteen the lines."

"Lack of trust and support, indefferent attitude to expressed concerns."

"Do what is promised, don't break your trust or loyalty will completely evaporate."

"The people there work very hard to get product out the door, andyet get along very well."

"Just be honest. It's a manufacturing environment so it's somewhat old fashioned."

"Lack of support. They need new software to take care of inventory, jobs, etc."

"Don't get so frustrated with the engineers there. Modernize the place"

"DPR is a very unique company, has high integrity, demands long hours, it empowers employees and lets them decide how to get things done, but comes together as a great place to work."

"Be yourself. The things you read about the DPR culture does exist and if you don't fit in to that it won't be the best fit for you and DPR."

"The hours are long, the benefits could be better, career development is unclear."

"Figure out a way to reduce the time commitment by employees on project. Also, make employees feel better about long term work prospective due to the construction project cycle ups and downs."
