What don't you like about working at Progress Rail Services?

"The small company which was incorporated into Progress Rail was used for only 5 years until they could strip off everything they wanted, then the rest was discarded. Employees were not encouraged nor hardly allowed to move into other more secure positions as they became available."

"Local management should be encouraged to develop and advance employees as the company changes."
