"Stagnate position, not coworker friendly. Some employees allowed to do anything they wanted specifically work on the customers company clients and not ASI"

"Be yourself, be honest and know that you'll be an integral part in supplying water to over 3.5 million people in the Tampa Bay Region"
What don't you like about working at Tampa Bay Water?
"The board of directors are all politicians, and therefore will and do make decisions based more upon maintaining their offices. The layoffs are a good example. Two positions were eliminated, merged with a third position at a much lower salary. This is too stressful a job with very low compensation."

"Management should continue as they are. Management has always been supportive and available."
