What don't you like about working at Tampa Bay Water?
"The board of directors are all politicians, and therefore will and do make decisions based more upon maintaining their offices. The layoffs are a good example. Two positions were eliminated, merged with a third position at a much lower salary. This is too stressful a job with very low compensation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should continue as they are. Management has always been supportive and available."
