"I doubt the upper management even knows what I have done for my team and company over the years."

"Talk with contractors on how much they are able or willing to do, just don't assume ehat they are able to handle."

"Great people, great atmosphere, low pressure, clear expectations. High rewards, high focus on employees and employee satisfaction. Very understanding involving personal affairs and personal time."

"Spend a lot of time talking about how awesome you are. They want to hire people with high self-esteem and high work ethic. If you truely believe you are awesome, let them see it. It will be an advantage."
What don't you like about working at Nu Skin Enterprises?
"Somtimes I feel like there is not enough pressure on me to keep me busy and I end up wasting more time than I should be wasting for the wage I am recieving."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Somtimes it feels they try so hard to relate to the employees that they come off as fake. You really do want to relate to us, so just do it, and we will see it. You don't have to try so hard to make us see that you are doing it."

What do you like about working at Viva USA?
"The contract company had no input but working as a sub-contractor for Accenture was great. People would help when needed. And it was a team effort."

"Not really. Most part it was up to the client to decide who they wanted to talk to."
What don't you like about working at Viva USA?
"Nothing really. Since it was a contracting company there were no benefits which I knew before joining the project."

"Make benefits an option to entice people to feel as part of the company."

"Yes, the work is challenging and the people are fun to work with."

"A good first impression is good because if they like you, they probably will hire you."

"Sometimes the competition for certain machines, company resources, and postions creates conflict."

"More open lines of communication. Less emphasis on chain of command and more emphasis on improving process efficiency."

"Please restore the IRA contributions and education benefits. It would be nice to see that stock option plan come to fruition."

"The job is winding down and will soon be complete at the Stockton, UT site, so you should look elswere for work."

"The site is remote so the commute is long. (48 miles one way.)"
