"I liked the opportunities to advance your career in engineering or management. MEI was a very small family oriented company, and supported their employees in advancing their education in their dedicated fields or any new endeavour."

"There was not a long of work in the DC/VA area...the company was growing strong in Florida and Alabama."

"Communicate with your employees on a daily or at least weekly basis. Be aware of their careers goals and make opportunities known to them. Must be a people person for your employees to respect you."
