"I would say be steadfast in the information you know to be true. Provide excellent customer service, and be a problem solver, because you will be the only one there sometimes, and you have to find the answer!"

"Customers expected managemnt and owners to bend rules for them, and sometimes we gave in, in order to keep their business."

"While providing excellent customer service, management should back their employees with the company rules they set forth."

"The culture is one of self preservation and empire-building. Organizationally, there are too many offices competing with each other and overlapping missions to do anything effectively."

"I would start by asking my decision makers the biggest leadership challenge facing our org and go from there."

"Working with my co-workers and developing a relationship with my clients to help them achieve their weight loss goals."

"The only thing that is important is that you meet your performance expectations."
What don't you like about working at Jenny Craig?
"The clients have an option of buying our foods even though it is highly recommended while they tried to lose their weight. It did not take long before clients wanting to try or include other methods such as buying other foods. Our performance was based how much our clients spent on our products. It did not really reflect on a client's weight loss success."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should be more flexible and have more realistic measures for the employees. The company has more of a sales atmosphere than it is to help with weight loss."

"I liked making a difference in the lifes of others."

"Don't be a rising star because someone from the Senior Leadership Team will certainly pull you down. Many of the Leadership Team are Glory Hogs."

"There was disunity with the Senior Leadership Team, to much competition which prevented the company from moving forward. There was also oppression of its most valuable assets, its frontline employees."

"I would invest in the employees of the company and make sure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform the essential functions of their jobs. I would also have a Leadership team that is aligned with the vision of the company and supports the CEO."

"Do not bother. The current company (Lyrasis), has a poor management style and does not really treat employees as assets"

"The company was bought and completely changed, then it was closed"

"The company iis now only in Atlanta. They really need to stop promising member things they have no intention of honoring"
