What do you like about working at MEI Co.?

"I like the small company environment and getting to know the CEO, COO and CFO of the company and establishing a working relationship with them."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you have lots of experience in several different aspects of engineering...you have a backup plan when working for MEI and you're willing to relocate as long as you're employed with them."

What don't you like about working at MEI Co.?

"I didn't like the fact that MEI didn't have enough avenues within the DC area to keep their employees employed and able to move around the company without having to relocate. I also do not agree with their method of letting people go due to force reduction or lack of work...it's very unprofessional especially for dedicated and hardworking employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management need to research some of the methods used at larger cooperating in keeping the experience and dedicated workers employed...they are the resources to keep the company growing in this econonic hard times."

What do you like about working at MEI Co.?

"I liked the opportunities to advance your career in engineering or management. MEI was a very small family oriented company, and supported their employees in advancing their education in their dedicated fields or any new endeavour."

What don't you like about working at MEI Co.?

"There was not a long of work in the DC/VA area...the company was growing strong in Florida and Alabama."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate with your employees on a daily or at least weekly basis. Be aware of their careers goals and make opportunities known to them. Must be a people person for your employees to respect you."
