Submit a Review"I love that I have been able to establish long lasting friendships with many of the guests that return weekly. When I see the joy on the children's faces and their excitement for the activities I have provided, it makes my job worth it. The verbal appreciation from the parents also reconfirms that I am doing well in my job. However, I am disappointed that over recent years in the company's quest to make all Kids Night's in all restaurants the same, they have taken away much of my control to provide variety to our guests."

Many people don't see the long term effects of their career but this is one where you can look at the kids you helped and see your influence. "Red tape. Approval process. Slow decision making process. Attrition of experienced employees."

"Focus on employee retention. Focus on strategic accounts. Encourage newcomers and new ideas."

"My coworkers are my friends. The trust I have earned from upper management gives me a lot of flexibility and the ability to make sound decisions for my respective department."

"This is a great place to work as a teacher. The program directors are great but the upper management could be better. This organization values continued learning and professionalism."

"I like the place that I work, but my earning potential and upward mobility have nearly hit the ceiling and I desire more from my career."

"Facilitate cooperation among departments. Make decisions and make everyone accountable for those decisions. Maintain organized timely meetings. Always be flexible and responsive to change."

"Be open and honest and willing to travel. The cuslture at SITA is improving."

"Ineffective distance management. Travel restrictions often prohibit valuable face-to-face interaction with senior management."

"More face-to-face meetings. Allow direct interaction. People working in remote locations still need direct involvement with senior management."

"Be confident in yourself. Apply all your time, maximum energy and all possible efforts during interview and employment, if they hire you."

"The things which I did not like, happened mostly because of lack of my experience, which I will not repeat again, but I've had my lesson."

"It is hard to criticise management, because they have tried to do their best, which is not easy when you you have so many employees and students."
