MRP system, job tracking, tanks always had issues, no onsite chemist or maintenance dept, no inventories kept of supplies, always running out of everything. People are so frustrated they take random days off. An owner who does not understand that production can only ship out what orders have been entered expects more then available in the backlog. No P&L, no data is kept or shown to understand production capacity, nor is there any interest to do so."
