"Do reaseach on what the company you're applying for. Know what you're getting into before you get into it. I'll help you decide if the company is a right fit for you or if you're a right fit for the comopany."

"There are times when stress levels can rise, but I do work well under pressure."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Always relay important info to your employees and gain that trust. If you don't have the answers for an employee, find the answer together. Think team work."
What do you like about working at ConocoPhillips?
"We were a close group at Production Control. Each learned that we must watch for the other."

"If you must do Production Controller, Please go ConocoPhillips side NOT P66."
What don't you like about working at ConocoPhillips?
"It was shift work and we were staffed during holidays. We really could have been called in."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When you ask for a person that is customer oriented, has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Do not build walls around them."
