"As my current job is a student employment job, everyone starts at the same pay rate and raises are given on a yearly basis."

"I don't get to work enough hours because my hours depend on when shows are happening at the Berklee Performance Center."

"I would make shows more organized and focus on being innovative. Things seem to just stay the same in our office instead of moving forward."

"The co-workers and direct leadership seemed to care, the upper management did not."

"Be prepared to be aggravated, the culture is very slow to change and innovation is not appreciated."

"There was often discussion of innovation but was never accomplished or changes were not given time to work."

"I would actually listen to employee concerns and not use a spreadsheet to run the entire company."

What do you like about working at NBC?
"I loved being on a set helping the crew in producing the show. I love working with a team to get the job done."

"Do the best you can to try and impress the crew for further employment."
What don't you like about working at NBC?
"Nothing not to like, I just wish the position wasn't temporary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To reevaluate their hiring staff in getting more PA's for their shows."

"I loved being on the set of a movie in downtown Manhattan."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Only to do your best and what your told without question. Time is of the essence when you are on set, deadlines mean everything."
What don't you like about working at New Line Cinema?
"I didn't like that it wasn't a full or part time position only temporary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest that they reevaluate their staff to find a suitable position for me. I think they are losing out by not hiring me. I'm a production machine, anything that needs to get done I will do it."
What do you like about working at The Knowledge Project?
"I am not bogged down by supervisors telling me what to do. When I need help I can ask for it, otherwise I am trusted to get me work done and competently."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company looks for honest, hard working individuals who have a respect and passion for the work. The staff are all very personable and are helpful every step of the way. Just show you are a driven individual and have a passion for entertainment."
What don't you like about working at The Knowledge Project?
"Although not a surprise, most of the production team is scatterbrained and forget about certain aspects of the project. This brings added pressure on me as they may tell me something should be done by now when they never asked me to do the work in the first place. My pay is also on the low side, my freelance position doesn't afford me much room for compensatory growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The project has been put on hold several times so far. I would say we need to be more organized on what we are looking for and just get it done. Our producer cant do anything without Ms. Beal's approval and Ms. Beals is a perfectionist so it takes much longer for anything to come to fruition. Also, we have no advertising for the project so we have no promotional aspect. I have several ideas to bring this documentary to the public but yet again, we are on hold until Ms. Beals is ready to move forward."

"I think management did an excellent job and have no complaints."
