  "I worked at AZEK between semesters this past summer so I could gain experience in a manufacturing setting. I learned a lot in the three months I was employed there. I was responsible for using gauges, calipers, tape measures, etc. to make sure the deck boards we were producing were up to our quality standards. I was also responsible for communicating effectively with the extrusion operators when the boards had defects so we could solve the issue and continue making quality products."
