"Be honest and be professional. It's a somewhat relaxed environment but people need to know that they can call on you for the completion of important tasks."

"I don't like that this position was only part-time, I would have much preferred a full-time position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My only suggestion is do not spend billions of dollars buying LucasFilm. Down the line, that hurts departments who are already short-staffed."

"I really enjoyed the company, and have no dislikes about it. My time and experience there provided me with the essential skills to further my career in other fields outside of television production as well."

"I would advise management to continue their recruiting practices, giving many other aspiring professionals a chance at learning and growing within the company."

"Sometimes the work you want to accomplish is impossible due to being blocked by another issue with a co-workers code or assets."

"Defining the areas of the workplace and dividing them as such for all aspects of the development team may help management and producers organize their projects' resources and each department's input (programming, digital artistry, level design, QA, etc.)"

"We work in a team environment so the learning experience is great but at this point I am not learning anything new or related to my career goals."

"Update yourself on the latest trends in web design, advertising and how to measure results. That's the only way to make yourself more marketable in today's business world."

"There is not a formal department (Marketing) that measure results. We do not count with all technology I would like to be exposed to."

"They should open more Project Managers roles and motivate workers to expand their knowledge in the digital field to expand the business."

"Very quiet office. Rarely anyone talks. No one is willing to cooperate on projects and if they do you might as well be pulling teeth."

"I hate being told what to do and how to do it. I am given goals that are not working. I am told how to perform the job and that way is not working. I am paid low."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would give clearer goals to my employees. Currently there is no direction for my department, and my boss seems to be inventing jobs with no intended goal."
