"You get to meet interesting people."

"Working as a production assistant has been enjoyable but the downsides have been outweighing the benefits. While it is enjoyable to be a part of a crew working on set. For myself personally I love to be constantly working and the constancy of work has dramatically fallen in past months. As well feedback from other employers leaves you in question about the quality of the work."
