"I liked working with the employees, contractors, engineers. I liked being able to go into other industries and do troubleshooting , figure out the problem and design a fix for the situation ."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be sure that if you make any kind of verbal agreement with management, they need to get it in writing."
What don't you like about working at C.F. Reece & Son?
"The insurance was not good at all. The moral of the employees was poor. I tried different things to change the moral and was making some progress, but when management does not support you fully in your actions, it is hard to make things eork."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Need to back up their words with actions. I eas told that when I was hired, there was an engineer that was going to retire within a year. I was told that they knew the pay that they were giving me was too low and they would make it up when the man retired. The man decided not to retire and I was laid off/ laid off."

"I like the flexibility of being able to work from home and only come onsite when needed."

"How long is the job going to be for Is there enough funding for the position What level of commitment does the company have for the position."
What don't you like about working at Centurion Technologies?
"I don't like how they communicate. the lack of it. I end up being the last one to find out. Lack of vital design documentation and understanding of software engineering life cycle."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Properly communicate the intents and direction of the company to staff, especially their virtual team."

"The work opportunities are greats, i'm learning a lot of new things everyday. The colleagues are friendly and the general manager has a wide vision of the market and of the way of working."

"Keep live the research of new jobs, don't stop at any time."

"The salary is too low in relation of my abilities and the time I work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest him to leave Italy as soon as possible, anyway one important thing is his way of working: it is not good. He is too quick and imprecise (muddler)"

"Co-workers, the surrounding physical environment, learning from the example of how NOT to run a business or manage people."

"Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere. Save yourself from this career-wasting experience."
What don't you like about working at ProjecTools?
"Owner and directors great Peter Principle examples - unable to manage or even know how to lead. Good-old-boy system, secretive, deceptive, inane assignments, cut-throat, dictatorial, willing to lie if it suited their purposes, cowardly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You have only deceived yourself with your lies. Everyone else knows the truth and laughs at you."
What do you like about working at Consolidated Precision Products?
"I really enjoy seeing the production of parts from a drawing conception to a reality. I enjoy working on components that end up on aircraft and spacecraft. I enjoy the type of work as far as the problem solving and creation goes."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would just give a word of warning that there is not much of a future for anyone getting involved in this company."
What don't you like about working at Consolidated Precision Products?
"Unfortunately my company has a learn by failure atmosphere, lacking a proper structure in process. Also their greatest weakness is their stance on employee empowerment. When I asked my boss if our company would consider sponsoring my masters degree he said that he would never allow it because it would make me more valuable and I would leave. I work for a multi-million dollar a year facility, who wont invest in their own employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I feel that our management needs to make a better effort to inform those around them of what is going on. I also fee that there should be a yearly review to discuss personal goals that would not only create ambition in the workforce but would probably create a healthier productivity level."
