"Be sure that if you make any kind of verbal agreement with management, they need to get it in writing."

What don't you like about working at C.F. Reece & Son?

"The insurance was not good at all. The moral of the employees was poor. I tried different things to change the moral and was making some progress, but when management does not support you fully in your actions, it is hard to make things eork."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to back up their words with actions. I eas told that when I was hired, there was an engineer that was going to retire within a year. I was told that they knew the pay that they were giving me was too low and they would make it up when the man retired. The man decided not to retire and I was laid off/ laid off."
