"It was my first job in the automotive industry, for me was a very good experience to get involved in the automotive world, to see how really the things work. I really like it, and the contact with the manufacturing process and with the supplier relationships. In this aspect you would learn a lot of things in the development process to put a new design in the product line."

What do you like about working at Victaulic?
"The employees doing the actual work were great. the projects were reasonable, and the stress level did not have to be as high as it was. The coworkers have generally good intentions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask specific questions about your position, find out how many levels of management there are, and when possible ask questions that may reveal bureaucracies."
What don't you like about working at Victaulic?
"management does not respect the worker, even workers who should be entrusted with great responsibility. middle management is afraid of upper management and will not stand up for the actual workers. management forgets that they are there to facilitate work, not micromanage. creating a cheaper product comes at the expense of quality and customer service. The job descriptions are subject to change without notice or proper hearing. If you don't agree with management, too bad, it's going to happen."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"remember what you used to do when you did real work, don't forget where you came from. diversity of opinion is what creates excellence and ideas. squelching dissenting opinions is not productive. use the strengths of the employees, do not try to squeeze everyone into an unreasonable ideal, but rather use the individual strengths of the resources you have.Companies rise and fall based on customer satisfaction which can be gained through either creating a better product, a better service, or a cheaper price. you can not offer a lesser product, the same price and less service and simultaneously create increased customer satisfaction."

"Nuvera has a great technology, creativity and potential to be the future of energy."

"Make your research and be conscious about what you are buying."
What don't you like about working at Nuvera Fuel Cells?
"Lack of ownership and almost of the times keep prevaricating and avoiding coming to the point."

"Nuvera needs to have more realistic timelines and attack the root cause of the problem and move forward."

What do you like about working at TE Connectivity?
"Developing and designing ideas from drawing into a real product. Solving complex issues and designing solutions to make the dead line on projects. Great learning experiences from all my teams (US, China, Japan and Singapore)."

"This company is for an individual that can handle multiple projects/programs and products in a very fast pace environment. You must be able to be detailed oriented and solving solutions in a timely manner. You must be able to communicate across different cultures and meet the dead line."
What don't you like about working at TE Connectivity?
"The company is very large with a lot of resources spreading all over the world. Data and inventories are scatted and no central portal to search and gather information."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management at TE have been a great help in leadership and training resources. I don't think there are anything that can be improve."

"Somewhat steady job with somewhat good pay, though not in line with the stress."

"Have a backup plan ready for the next five years."

"We are micromanaged to meet metrics which have little bearing on the actual job."

"Bring jobs back to US and restore the focus on people's capabilities."

"The job does not challenge me and the opportunities to grow is not there."

"The management does a good job overall and I will suggest that they keep doing what they are doing."

"Not too sure yet as it has been only a few months."

"Not too sure as I haven't been there long enough."

"It challenge me to grow beyond my current understanding and pushes me in multipple directions. I also like most of the people."

"You are expect to be good where you are at, but if you want to move up. You need to train for that next position on your own."

"It's too disorganized for me. I would like a little bit more preplanning."

"I would integrate our business groups better to share resources. It seems like intergration is an afterthought."

"The people I work directly with in our engineering, plant, and R&T groups are exceptional human beings on every level."

"Be sure to negotiate more vacation time is you agree to a postion."

"The culture is extremely political and doesn't reward employees based on merit."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest they break the political cycle and start promoting from within instead of constantly looking outward to fill managerial positions which frequently open up."
