"Majority of Upper Management has left the company, so it is an unknown entity as far as I'm concerened."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Wake up, and quit wasting money by ordering more equipment than required for sufficient back-up for the installation."

"Reasonably good management at the local level. Small company attitude."

"The local management is fine, although they don't plan ahead really well. Watch out for Corporate interference with local jobs."
What don't you like about working at Aeroflex?
"Aeroflex Corporate. They lack vision when it comes to new products."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Some senior management individuals at Corporate headquarters need to be replaced with individuals that have move product vision. They need to understand the basic requirements of spending money to make money."

"If you are young, it's a great place to learn and move on!"

"Too many meetings,procedures, processes, committees....Takes way too long to pull the trigger!"

"Should have listened to more of my suggestions......Employee turnover out of control!"

"Try to obtain a top salary from the start, the company offers poor salary increases. In an environment where other become cynical, one must stay positive."

"The company has been greatly struggling finacially due to the parent company."

"Look deep inside and stay positive and grateful. Either way they can be world changers at BioLab or elsewhere."

"There are plenty of technical challenges and the development work is interesting. Waterbury Center is in a beautiful rural Vermont setting."

"Erratic local executive management does not value workforce. German parent absorbs worldwide business fluctuations by reducing or adding to Vermont workforce."
