What do you like about working at Enterprise Media?
"I like working on projects from the beginning stages to completion. I like the brainstorming sessions, the strategy discussions, the communication and execution aspect and of course the follow-through. I also like how my working environment is conducive to learning around the clock. In addition to the things I have mentioned above, I would also say that I like having the opportunity to train staff and presenting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would recommend that a candidate will need to provide examples of strong successes in one's current or previous career."
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Media?
"Due to poor market conditions and the recession, our company had to layoff a few hundred employees within the span of 3-4 years. The company was forced to stretch its resources to accommodate the extra work load resulting in resource exhaustion."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest in hiring more resources in the areas of growth and restructuring our current model in an effort to handle the increasing workload and to enable us for success in the future."

"It was exciting work, as I was busy setting new product lines and working in China."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Good Luck. Praise how well the local football team (the Warthogs) are doing. Talk about how much you like church and hunting. Fishing is also good."
What don't you like about working at Essick Air?
"I was an Outsider and educated. Most of the people were long term locals who maintained an inbreeding work environment. If you grew up outside of Little Rock, Arkansas then you would forever be closed to growth and promotion opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire the executive staff that grew up, lived and was educated outside of Arkansas. The company is in serious need of globalization experience."

"Be patient and do not expect any challenges in EmiTel"

"I do not like the fact that I have few career opportunities"

"I would suggest to listen what people you are working with say."

"The job was interesting and challenging, and the company paid me on time."

"Don't say anything bad about Texas. Don't complain about the heat until June."

"I was taking care of my dying mother while working full time, and I needed a break."

"Sell the company to Abbott Labs. And they did just that. It is now Abbott Spine."

"Starting the new open line division and getting in contact with the customers."

"Not really. The company is getting ready to be sold."

"There was no team work, which I believe is necessary for the job well done."

"I believe that communication is a major factor for the job preparation."

"Brand/Name recognition is great. Location of the office is also convenient."

"Don't let the name on the door blind your eyes. Really ask thoughtful questions in the interview process of about the manager and his/her work style. I wish I would have..."

"Communication is incredibly lacking. It's a daily struggle to find out status of projects etc."

"Do not create a culture of fear and information withholding."
