"Great people, challenging work"

"Super long hours during new design phases"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't know how the company is ran since the AO Smith buyout. Friends that still work their say it is a good place to work"

What do you like about working at American Electronic Components?

"AEC was a good place to start my design career; they allowed me to learn ProE and let me take on new challenges."

What don't you like about working at American Electronic Components?

"AEC changed the management 3 times in the year and half I was there. You would get used to doing things the boss wanted you to and before you knew it, you had a new boss and a different ways of doing things."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't know how it is ran now since my time there was so long ago"
