What do you like about working at Hilite International?
"They offered a lot of little extras during the year. Taco Bars, Steak cookouts, Fire safety training, and technical training."
What don't you like about working at Hilite International?
"They paid as little as possible to new employees, while the seniority staff were paid much higher than the industry standards. Advancement was hard, it was all about friendships."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please investigate industry standards. Don't base your the selection process on seniority alone, look at education, work knowledge, and performance."
