"It isn't always easy, no matter what you choose to work in. There will always be stress, deadlines, and everything is an emergency or critical. But that is what makes this position so exciting, and challenging. There is always a different problem every day, the fun part is finding the solution. It is incredibly fulfilling to know you can make a difference. The fact you are needed, and depended upon. When you are a manager in any position, it all boils down to the team you are given or you build."

"Everything else, the lies, cheating, cover ups, blaming the low man on the totem pole."

"Sell to a company that respects employees or get out of the industry, this company will probably fall hard once someone finds enough people to sue you for falsifying documents."

"I enjoyed the freedom I was given to make the decisions I needed in the company's interest."

"The process at UPS is determined by individual departments and the candidate is approved by them, and this is a good way to give all a chance to participate."

"I did not have a problem with the company working agendas."

"Give more informational meetings with the labor groups and work areas."

"It was a sales driven company, and some of the sales should not have been accepted by the company."

"Don't accept non-profitable sales or contracts. Thee projects dilute resources, and do not necessarily lead to follow-on sales."
