"Use the word do a lot. We get a lot done, but some of it is done just to do... if that makes sense."

"My job is mindless. I read emails and repeat information to other people. There has been a lot of turnover in middle management making it impossible to develop rapport. I've had 9 different bosses in 4.5 years."

"Take advantage of employees various skills. Respect established roles and responsibilities so that employees would reliably know what is expected of them."

"I lost my position within the company due to Bankruptcy regarding old issues and litigation beyond my control. nearly 25% of the owrkforce was laid off in bankruptcy."

"The management should continue to foster innovative thinking and process improvement while rewarding the innovators within their structure and goals."

"IT was a fast paced environment that supported a number of divisions with in the Fox family."

"Be prepared to answer to a number of different bosses with ever changing demands."

"The reporting structure left myself and my staff unsupported and the procurement system was limited."

"I encouraged the company to get electronic requisitioning. I actually worked with a consultant to design a system that would work to meet the needs of the various divisions. The company chose to not move forward with electronic requisitioning."

"Don't. This company has poor leadership and does not give raises or offer horrible benefits."

"The president was the son of the owner and you had no human resource department to voice your concerns to."

"Fire the president of the company. He creates a environment where he tries to make you feel stupid and degrades you."

"Ericsson is changing and losing market share in Mexico and LATAM, if you are an engineer this is the place for you, otherwise search someplace else."

"I liked everything except for the growth opportunities related with my academic background."

"Do not hire new employees under an outsource contract once it makes people feel that you are not part of the company even you are doing the same work as the others."

"too many bosses...people coming at you with requests the same time, people asking you for information they should or already have...decisions made so the person making them sounds important instead of what makes good business sense..."

"Job security. Three reductions occurred in the past year."

"I would suggest for management to work more with teammates to come up with additional ways to add revenue and reduce expenses to avoid future reductions."
