"I liked my position with Wyeth Research. Pfizer not so much."

"Just remember you will always be a number to Pfizer. And when your number is up, you are gone."

"Pfizer is just in it for the money. They don't care about their people or products."

"Quit and find a drug company looking to make drugs."

"Most of the research - CPRD, med chem - are now outsourced."

"Forget the professional growth unless you have a friend in a high position"

"Politics are terrible. Huge management layer with a lot of deadwood. Employees have to find their own project work. Marketing does not do anything."

"Start managing instead of watching your own backs"
