"Currently have to do both sales and delivery. When I am spending time delivering solutions I am not selling. When I am not selling I'm not bringing on new customers."

"Flatten up the management structure. Reduce overhead. Increase pay. Expand into more industries."

"Lack of communication between departments. Sharing of solutions was hard."
