"This is the right place to work for technology experts of senior level because you are in charge start to finish: find your projects, negotiate your payment terms (hourly rate, net N days) with the client (Got SOA founders team helps with it), you carve your own time between projects, you can bring new resources to the consortium or to projects on a ad-hoc basis, you get a percentage of every project gross income and you become a partner of the company after only 6 months. Projects can be negotiated using multiple rates for onsite/offsite and other consortium members can be retained or vested into your project. Everyone wins.
