"Ask questions! You're not there to be scrutinized, you're their to be interviewed and to have the opportunity to interview the person on the other side of the desk, as well. Get to the nitty gritty!"

What don't you like about working at Primerica?

"Weak training for new recruits, not a high success rate for those with a lack of personal time management or organization."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Come up with an employee manual, and one synchronized way to train new agents for a more positive effect on the market."
