"Always let those you are managing know that they are valued team members and that they are on the team because we believe they are the best person for the job, even when when mistakes and or errors are made. As we all cross this road at some point in our life."

"In order to help families to reach ability to be debt free, agent's commission is low."

"They do awesome job, it just takes the right person and the right time in their life for this program to work. My timing was not right."
