"I loved to tell and show new features. Loved to tell about "wicked" features inside them. What I hate: Kazakhstan did not have a high priority for Moscow IBM and my manager attention and management from Moscow IBM SWG was at the level of zero."
"I love the fact that I have the ability to become a trusted advisor, but I don't like the internal processes. Even though I was a top performer, I was constantly hindered by process."
"I enjoy being a Pre-Sales Engineer because I get to hear about the problems or project that are happening in a variety of different companies in different verticals. I get to provide them a solution that either solves their problem, makes them more productive or enables them to make money faster. Every days brings something new and that is very fulfilling. The things I don't like about pre-sales are unavoidable. I do not like Expense Reports or RFP's."

What do you like about working at ViON?
"Easy going and laid back overall. Most folks call it a fraternity."

"Be patient with them They take forever to hire anyone."
What don't you like about working at ViON?
"Bonus structure is not defined and was misled at employment hire. I would have a requested a higher Base if clarity was given."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Your bonus structure does not reward Sales Engineers to sell. They have a certification bonus but is very dependent on taking certain exams."
What do you like about working at DigitalRoute?
"The people were a really good team. Team interaction was very good."

"Research as much as you can about the culture, income and financial future."
What don't you like about working at DigitalRoute?
"Small company with limited resources and standards. People were scattered across EU and Americas."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicate better. Find a way to work with employees individually, and mentor better."
What do you like about working at Atos?
"Team spirit is very high and designing SOA architecture is very interesting."

"Know your subject and do research on the softwares you are going to use (they are often unknown)"
What don't you like about working at Atos?
"Start salary is low and advancement is slow (company too big)."

"To follow more their employees' work. Some are thrown from one project to another without being given any task for weeks."
