"I’ve been with Premium Retail for a couple months now as a temporary hire due to the pandemic. I’ve loved my experience here, unfortunately the program is almost over."
"I've worked for Premium Services since 2016. What I love about working for them is I am able to be on different projects. Another good feature is scheduling. 90 percent of the time you are allowed to move around your schedule if needed. This is a great company to work for if you are currently in school and or looking for a part time position."
"I worked for Premium Retail Services for about 6 months, and they go above and beyond for their employees. The benefits are phenomenal and management is understanding and laid back! My manager was very quick to respond when I had a concern, and she always went out of her way to make sure the work we did was done efficiently."
"I have worked for Premium for about a couple years now. The job gives you what you put in. It’s all about effort on your paycheck. As long as you’re working hard, upper management will notice you."
"Premium is a great company and I enjoy working for them and will continue to enjoy their latest endeavors that they send me on"
"Great company to work for. The work culture is great, everyone is enthusiastic, the work hours are flexible. My Manager Manjit is the most open and funniest manager I've ever worked with. The job can have times of boredom due to being in one spot on the sales floor, other than that you can be a great asset for the team."
"Since Spring of 2018, I have worked for Premium Retail Services. Great company to work for. I am able to work without being micromanaged, which is one of the highlights of the position. Another is that I set my own hours and days... as long as the work is done and correct, that is what matters most. I leave from work with a feeling of accomplishment... so this is satisfying part of work, plus there is always new challenges that I face every day, challenges that makes me a better employee."
"Great place to start and learn. Company takes very good care of it's employees."
"It was great opportunity for me to gain experience"
"They tend to saturate an area with merchandising reps making it difficult to get hours. Although the majority of the work involves 1 person there are times when a job may consist of 2 or more people. With the old supervisor who got transferred in April of 2014, having a team member assigned was never an issue. Ever since there has been a new manager assigned to the territory, team members are rarely if ever assigned. Myself and other reps I've spoken with don't believe she even bothers to look for help. This creates problems in stores as you have to try to get a store employee to help out. I have been personally told by store managers when requesting help on a job that was supposed to have 2 people assigned, "If you're going to use our employees, why do we need Premium?" All you can do is thank them for their help and let them know you will pass on their sentiments."
"The RMM in charge of Illinois and Wisconsin is absolutely the biggest drawback in working for Premium. So many Reps have quit because of her, all with many years experience of working at Premium. The fact the company has kept her on shows what little value they have towards their merchandisers."
"Stay away from this company. Poorly run and management is sub par."
"Decent part time employment, but does not seem to have a lot of room for growth. Furthermore, there can be months off if one is not proactive about finding more jobs to do within the company."
"Good company but only good for a part time job."
"Great company except the schedule is pretty hectic but the managers are nice."
