"I love everything about it as it's based on creativity and prompt ideation. I am very passionate about Photography and Videography. Pictures and Videos are the best way to describe your emotions and feelings. Especially Candid Photography and Videography is the best as it captures the best moments. I also love editing the videos and the pictures. Also being a freelancer was a very convenient and flexible way of working as I could also focus on other career and interests at the same time."

"I love seeing the joy in customer's reactions when they see how well the photos turned out from sessions that I took. You get to show off your skills and you get rewarded for good sales. I do not like how they cut hours when there are not enough appointments and they base employee's sales on average weekly basis that do not always add up to the work you do."
"I think most photographers will tell you, they love to shoot, but hate to market. I like them both. With today's social media the feedback can be almost immediate and extremely helpful in business. I will always be doing something in photography, fashion and marketing."

"Work independently ... no set hours.. ... take breaks when you want"

"Run far away!"
What don't you like about working at StreetDelivery?
"Mileage reimbursement sucks at best...mileage is based on a make believe number and a make believe car.... no raise in 5 years .. you have to supply computer, internet connection, car... yes I said car... I was told local travel when hired... 2 hours away from home is considered local travel... 60k miles a year..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Raises would be nice. ... better mileage reimbursement plan. .."

What do you like about working at Portraits International?
"the type of work that I enjoy doing, traveling, I am able to travel to many many different counties and I get to work with people I know and like"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"only interview with this company if you are desperate for work in this industry, only use them for short term employment as for there is no advancement and the type of photography offered is stale, and no creativity is welcomed"
What don't you like about working at Portraits International?
"the pay, the amount of work you are expected to do in a small amount of time, this company expects you to work after hours, use your own phone for their business, not enough money for hotel, gas, no approval of tipping from customers, and they like you to act and they treat you like an employee yet remind you that you are expendable as an independent contractor"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"management need to remember that they have people working for them and not robots, this company doesn't give enough notice to the contractors about work assignments, so this makes it difficult to plan around work and your life"

What do you like about working at Glamour Shots?
"I liked the fact that they trusted me to make my own sales work from when the client getting checked into their appointment to the time they cashed out. I loved this job and helping people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The only tips I would have would be to come prepared with a resume and a portfolio or possible CD of their work."
What don't you like about working at Glamour Shots?
"I didn't like that they didn't offer vacation time or benefits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My manager was great at her job and did not need any suggestions from the staff."
