"I really enjoy working with kids and meeting new people everyday. I also enjoy putting smiles on peoples faces when they see there family portrait."

"The work schedule rotates so make sure you have availability."
What don't you like about working at Kiddie Kandids?
"The lack of career growth, and the benefits package. Also since the staff is primarily young, they regularly are late or take days off."

"I would suggest they do a more thorough screening when hiring employees and make sure they can comply with the hours."

"My Suggestion would be always be on time even if your the manager. I used to wait 30Min for my manager to open the store when it was start time."

"I had took a lot of pictures and didn't have time to change the name who had took the pictures."

"Try to get back to customers who had taking pictures and have been there for months and never pick up their photos and informed them that they have a certain to pick it up or have a call back to dicuss about it."
