Right now they are going through change so it is volatile right now, but this is in part due to Obamacare legislation and changes in the sales model. The employees truly care about the company and I have a passion for what we provide to healthcare workers and patients."

"We are expected to do the assigned tasks; but the drivers were what and how, and thus the team was engaged, together - I love going to work."

"Be flexible. Be willing to change and embrace that change. Be accountable for your actions and decisions."

What don't you like about working at Philips Healthcare?

"The fact that we were laid off. We were often distanced from corporate visions, since we were a remote office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They were quite fair, respected those for their areas of expertise, and empowered us to succeed on our own and as a team."
