"The management and how they chose management. Also, the opportunity for growth almost non, unless you are a friend with management and you are white, other than that forget it. The compensation is low compared to other manufacturers."

"Yes, they should change their strategy and hire skillful management and staff. The production supervisor should change their strategy and supervise, not work as security guards."
