"They gave me every sales tool to succeed, in addition to great support from management. Training was thorough and excellent. Great colleagues, too."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to be laid off if there's a market downturn. Otherwise, it's the big leagues of big pharma, and you're with a company that works hard to take care of its employees."

What don't you like about working at Pfizer?

"I disliked some unrealistic expectations for products that were bombing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Move on from products that aren't selling or try a different marketing approach. Also, reduce the reporting workload on the field reps. There's only 24 hours in the day."
