"I dislike the continuous management changes that do not consider the seniority of the people who worked inside of the organization."

"Permit growth in different ways, not only in the job that you performed. It is possible that you can bring more opportunities in other parts of the company instead of to finish the job relation."

"It was located in downtown Manhattan, NY (although some would find this an absolute PLUS)."

"There are not many opportunities for professional development and growth."

"Management needs to improve a lot on people development from the first level staff up. I don't see much effort put on making sure the people at those levels are being trained in other areas around their main job."

"I like running my territory like a business, and receiving uncapped bonus. I was in the top 10% of the company in sales. (443 reps)"

"Great company, but too many moves are made throughout the year."

"I dislike when Pfizer bought the over-the-counter division and eventually dissolved this part of the company."

"Get back the over-the-counter business."

"I like the amount of training and investing the company put into each of their sales reps."

"Be professional and ethical in your preparation and execution during the interview. Do some research on the products you may be selling, and make sure you can give examples of good selling."

"The availability to actually sell is diminishing throughout the industry. Fewer and fewer opportunities to make an impact on performance and quotas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We needed better reports to judge our progress and analyze our territory performance. This would give us better feedback on what techniques were working and which ones we needed to improve on. It seemed that there was a major delay receiving the proper information each quarter on what our quotas were and what we were actually selling."

"Last I heard, morale is very low, which is sad because it used to be a great place to work for, possibly for your whole life."

"They were not geared for the long-term outlook and were always looking for the quick fix."

"Get rid of all the useless managers! Too many cooks..."

"American jobs were being exported outside the US. 98% of the people in our IT group of 1,200 were contractors, and most were not Americans. They are also fighting health care reform, which I need now that my job went overseas."

"Stop flooding the US market with cheap foreign labor, which is causing middle class jobs to disappear and salaries to fall."
