"I dislike when Pfizer bought the over-the-counter division and eventually dissolved this part of the company."

"Be professional and ethical in your preparation and execution during the interview. Do some research on the products you may be selling, and make sure you can give examples of good selling."

"The availability to actually sell is diminishing throughout the industry. Fewer and fewer opportunities to make an impact on performance and quotas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"We needed better reports to judge our progress and analyze our territory performance. This would give us better feedback on what techniques were working and which ones we needed to improve on. It seemed that there was a major delay receiving the proper information each quarter on what our quotas were and what we were actually selling."

"American jobs were being exported outside the US. 98% of the people in our IT group of 1,200 were contractors, and most were not Americans. They are also fighting health care reform, which I need now that my job went overseas."

"Stop flooding the US market with cheap foreign labor, which is causing middle class jobs to disappear and salaries to fall."
