"It is tough to rate Pfizer, since they closed down the plant in T.H. My opinion: very poor management of a great product led to the closing of the plant."

"It seemed to be a very flexible work environment, and the pay was very good."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know somebody already working for the company."

What don't you like about working at Pfizer?

"From my observations, there was very poor management on our T.H. product right on up to upper corporate management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop looking at your high pay scale and benefits and get with making and producing a good product. Hire some management teams with foresight."
