"I would not plan on a long stay. I would look at Pfizer as a stepping stone."

What don't you like about working at Pfizer?

"I disliked the culture of constant acquisitions and layoffs that Pfizer has."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Break the company up into units half the size and create a culture in which employees are valued. The company is too top heavy with management in NY because of the size. Pfizer is proof that bigger isn't better."

"There is great support from managers. I like being trusted to work independently and given the right to participate in decision-making."

"Expect few opportunities for the next three years. Interviews are tough but fair. Few lower level positions are hired."

"I dislike the new business model outsourcing all operations work to CRos with no internal support."

"Stop letting experience walk out the door. There are too many layoffs for the safety of the company."
