"Hire people who will actually love their job, rather than hire someone who wants a manager position for the power they get. Do a higher background check."

"There are far too many new rules and policies coming out every week (it seems like!) that don't make sense and place severe restrictions that keep us from doing our jobs effectively."

"Have the people making the policies do a little more research. Or better yet, have them actually work in the stores before policies."

"Make sure you like pets, and don't try to work in grooming unless you know what you are getting into. It's fun at times, but can be very stressful, and you have to have some strength."

"I don't like standing on the hard floor for several hours, or the customers who come in to scam us."

"It would be nice if the individual stores had freedom on where to put certain items in the store."
