What do you like about working at PetSmart?

"I get to meet different kinds of people, and see new kinds of animals. I also enjoy helping people and sharing my knowledge with others."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you like pets, and don't try to work in grooming unless you know what you are getting into. It's fun at times, but can be very stressful, and you have to have some strength."

What don't you like about working at PetSmart?

"I don't like standing on the hard floor for several hours, or the customers who come in to scam us."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It would be nice if the individual stores had freedom on where to put certain items in the store."
