"I love to process payroll because it involves deadlines, and I have to meet them. I hate to process payroll because, I have information about payroll of every employee, and I can't even share this with anyone."

"I think that management should start letting employees know how much they are appreciated for the work that they do. A lot of peopole go the extra mile with their work and a lot of it goes un noticed by management"

"I was passed up for a job promotion even when I was more qualified and experienced."

"They should consider the ideas and suggestions given by exemplary employees."

"The college environment has more energy and optimism than other workplaces."

"Typically you don't grow within your department. You have to move around the university to other departments to get ahead."
