"The merger and being laid off. Not being a more senior trainer."

"More individual and team recognitions. More upper management communications and one on ones with teams."

"The fun environment. It was a faced paced, ever changing company with lots of interesting things going on. They are in the entertainment field and have somewhat a specialized niche in their market."

"All positions here are short term. Make your mark quickly."

"The lack of a clear business plan. They did not invest time in their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire good people and let them grow the company. I was the 3 payroll person within the last 12 months. They didn't look long-term and disposed of employees using at-will as an excuse."
