The people I work with are really great and my management team is really involved and do push personal development for every employee. The pay is very entry level but there are opportunities for moving up, especially if you are willing to relocate."

"Offer more full time job opportunites for co-ops. Currently, to apply, it requires too many steps."

"It depends on the organization. The Internal Payroll group is tough to work for. Many developers and testers are not happy, but then again, some are. They are known to put you in a position or group that you don't want to work in without asking for your input. The rest of the company is not like this, otherwise it is a good company to work for."
