"Know something about cars. Know how to operate a cash register and a use a computer."

"Management and the way that business was conducted behind closed doors. Being treated as disposable."

"restructure the way management runs its operations. Learn to treat employees with respect. Stop telling management to rip off customers."

"You need to be honest and keep your mind open when you start to work for this company and try to find the truth about what your job is."

"I didn't like the fact that the store was divided between the manager and the assistant manager. If you didn't align yourself with one or the other you were in trouble, and if you did you could be fired either way."

"To keep a cohesive team environment and not to forget that you work twice as hard for your employees and not the other way around."
