"I've been with the company since 2015 and has been interesting to see the transformation over the years. Since going public in 2019, the company is clearly headed in a new direction. Like any large company, it is hard to receive the attention of personal career grown or champion new ideas. The new culture seems to be more for less. The bottom line and corporate goals definitely outshine staff retention and development. However, the company is growing rapidly and winning a lot of amazing projects."
